A Picture Editing App With AI Capabilities > Everything You See in MA 🏗️

Read Time: 8 minutes

Struggling to create on-brand, optimized social media graphics?

I’ve got the tool for you. 😉

In a world where your customers consume content faster than you can say ‘IG’, how do you keep up with the creation?

Whether you’re looking at creating a sales banner, hype a new product launch with Instagram graphics, or shine light on a new employee on LinkedIn, this tool has you covered.

You no longer need an expensive image editing app.

All you need is this well-known app, that’s kicking a** in the world of graphic design AND AI

…Canva.

You’ve heard of it. But likely you’re not using it’s full capabilities.

When Canva first came out, it was laughed at by the pros. And to be fair, it was only really useful for overlaying a logo or two onto a pre-uploaded brand image.

But what do you get when you mix the most user-friendly graphic editing app… with AI?

Something close to magic. 🪄

Canva has invested some pretty significant funds (of their $26bn net-worth) into developing it’s robot-powered functions.

The result is a world-first photo and video-editing all-in-one app with the best social media compatibility on the market.

Why I love it? The app has managed to retain its incredibly easy learning curve (perfect for newbies like me) with all the dynamic editing functions demanded by the pros.

Today, I’m taking you on a deep dive of a couple of the best features for social media posts.👇🏼

🪄 using AI magic design to

  • Visualize your content in a pinch
  • Edit your content without Photoshop or fiddly tools
  • Keep your designs on brand for increased brand awareness

Visualize Your Content 💭

Let’s start at square one: Magic Design.

This is Canva’s AI tool that helps make your vision come to life.

All you have to do is describe the graphic you’re wanting, in 5 or more words and the tool will start creating.

  1. In the search bar, describe what you’d like to create (5+ words be specific).
  2. Click Media to add images.
  3. Select an image from your Uploads. You may also click Choose files if you’d like to upload a new image from your device.
  4. Click See results.

When you’re ready, HERE Are 2 more ways I can help you:

  2. If you’re struggling to get your team organized, Notion is the app for you. My team’s created a quick guide on how we organize ourselves with Notion.

Editing your content with AI ✍🏼

There’s a bunch of cool features that Canva has created, these are my favorite ways to edit images quickly:

  • Resize and Magic Switch – The fastest way to rework your design into a new format. For example, if you created it as a square (1080 x 1080) Instagram post, but need it as a story Instagram version… Press the button, select your new format, and BOOM. It’s reworked in seconds.
  • Magic Animate – If you’re looking to make your post more dynamic, animate uses AI to choose an eye-catching animation that you can apply to your entire design in just a few seconds.
  • Magic Edit – If you need to edit something particular, let Canva do it for you. You’ll be able to add, replace or edit images with short written prompt.
  • Magic Expand – We use this when we have an image we want to work with that doesn’t quite fit the specs of the format of the post. Magic expand will generate and extend any scenery. Brilliant.
  • Magic Grab – A Photoshop-like feature that allows you to manipulate any editable part within the image.

Keep Your Designs On BranD 🎨

This feature is the ultimate timesaving hack.

Canva’s Hub (Pro) allows you to keep all your brand colors, fonts, and logos in one place. So you can easily apply them to your social content in a few clicks.
