Why do we care? I think Musk is underrated in AI, and we need to keep a close eye on what Grok does. Why? Tesla. With 6 million vehicles on the road, there is a lot of new video data daily to train Grok on.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft users are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theinformation.com\/articles\/microsoft-customers-pause-on-office-ai-assistant-due-to-budgets-bugs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cooling on Copilot<\/a> with only, \u201cBetween <b>0.1% and 1%<\/b> of the <b>440 <\/b>million existing users of Microsoft 365 are also paying for the new AI features, equity analysts estimate.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>I recommend ChatGPT to most clients as the mix of cost to performance continues to be the best.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you do a lot of coding or want to be multi-model, I<b> recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/claude.ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Claude.ai<\/b><\/a> as my #2.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I continue to be wary of adopting Google Gemini until after Judge Meta rules on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/09\/06\/technology\/google-search-antitrust-remedies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Monopoly remedies<\/a>. Imagine it not working on Android or in Google Docs, which is the stuff of IT nightmares.<\/p>\n<p>Worth Watching on AI this week &gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hM_h0UA7upI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No Priors | With Andrej Karpathy from OpenAI and Tesla<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, let\u2019s get back to today\u2019s topic\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>GET 1% BETTER EVERYDAY &#8211; WITH AI RESEARCH \ud83d\udc40<\/h3>\n<p>I research a lot of stuff. We all do but where do you start if you want to get better at Research with AI?<\/p>\n<p>Talk to it.<\/p>\n<p>I talk to ChatGPT several times a day.<\/p>\n<p>Its 4X faster than I type and it lets me pick up the prompt later on my desktop or laptop.<\/p>\n<p>Here are typical starting prompts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>\u201cI have a meeting about [Topic\/Project] with [Participant(s) Name] who\u2019s a [role] at [company]. Acting as an expert researcher in the [Industry] prepare for the meeting. Give me an overview of the company and industry, their priorities, and any other information you can find on [participant name].<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>\u201cWhat are the key products or services offered by [Company Name], and how do they differentiate from their top 3 competitors?\u201d<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>\u201cReview google, reddit, and yelp reviews on [Company Product], what is the sentiment in the last 180 days?\u201d<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>\u201cGive me a summary of any recent law suits or recalls for [Company Product] in the US.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If I have a larger problem to research I might start with a prompt like this:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cAs a CMO, I\u2019m currently navigating a challenge related to Google Ad Fraud. Our [Company] has encountered a problem where [32% of our Google Ad Words clicks are nonhuman or bots], and I am seeking to develop a set of six data-driven research questions to help us better understand and resolve the issue.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Each question should meet the following criteria:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i><b>Specific &amp; Clear:<\/b> Precisely focus on key aspects of the problem, ensuring clarity in intent and scope.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>Relevant to the Problem:<\/b> Directly address the core challenge we are facing.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>Leads to Actionable Insights:<\/b> Designed to yield practical, decision-making insights for improvement.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>Reflect Industry Trends &amp; Insights:<\/b> Integrate industry case studies, benchmarks, or examples that could guide diagnosis or uncover potential causes.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>Data-Proven:<\/b> Utilize existing data or accessible metrics to validate potential answers.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Considering the criteria above, please generate a list of six specific questions that will help us analyze and resolve this issue, and identify the data needed to answer each question<\/i> effectively.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">BUILD YOUR OWN AI PROMPTS DATABASE \u2714\ufe0f<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We use Notion for meeting agendas, SOPs, and more\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">From planning, to keeping track of tasks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">But most importantly, we use it as a database. If you\u2019re looking for a handy solution to organize and store all of your AI prompts\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Spreadsheets Won\u2019t cut it.
