b. Have a clear production process for creating and organizing content. We use Notion for organizing and sharing all content ideas; and

It’s a big topic, so today I’m going to keep it simple and focus on how you can save time optimizing your social content with AI.

  1. Content scheduling is time-efficient. It enables you to schedule a large amount of content at the same time, which frees up your time for other activities.
  2. Scheduling content in advance reduces the chance that you’ll overshare or under share a specific topic.
  3. Being more organized and covering a range of topics also opens up your content to a potential new demographic. Unplanned content is narrower in reach, in this sense.

How far in advance should you schedule?

I suggest at least one month. Sure, you can plan ahead further, but you don’t want to schedule your content too thoroughly and then lose your ability to adapt when unexpected events pop up.
